When Skip was first licensed he and his partner Dale Hunter bought a RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX By The Bay. After several years Skip sold his portion of the business to Dale's Uncle and Cousin, and he stayed on as an agent. after several years, Skip changed brokers and moved his license to Real Estate Professionals, with his friend Rob Kaetzel, Broker. Skip stayed with Rob for years, and loved every minute. Then in early 2021, Skip was exposed to eXp Realty's business model, and made a quick decision to change brokerages for a second time in 22 years!
